We’ve recently completed a fantastic piece of work with Sport Wales and we absolutely loved it! Thank you to Susie Osborne for sharing this wonderful feedback:

“From the initial phase right through to the finalisation of the project report, there were frequent check-ins with us to ensure that work was progressing well. This approach was particularly helpful in developing a thorough understanding of the project, especially as we relayed information back to the wider National Governing Body sector.

We had regular opportunities to feed in our thoughts and access documents as they were being produced. This allowed for a completely transparent relationship and fostered a sense of trust, as we could see and make changes on the spot. It also resonated well with the exploratory nature of the work and our own organisational values.

Both Tom and Jenny provided a clear structure and rationale for the project, challenged our thinking beyond our comfort zone and were incredibly personable—they felt like part of the team throughout. Their knowledge, experience, and approach gave us confidence in both the process and the final report options presented.

There was good challenge and support throughout, and Human Engine remained responsive and agile with any changes along the way. Working with them has been informative, thought-provoking, and an absolute pleasure!”
