Role and Responsibilities:
Carry out a broad range of tasks on client engagement, including:

Research

Business analysis

Programme and project management
-
Facilitation of workshops and other stakeholder engagement sessions

Supporting the development of innovative change recommendations for our public sector clients
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a graduate to join our team as a Business Analyst. This is an exciting time to join a rapidly growing organisation and to expand and develop your skills in the consulting industry.
We Expect:

A minimum 2:1 degree (predicted or obtained) in any subject - we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the skills required to work in public sector consulting

A self-starter who is capable of working individually as well as part of a team

A problem solver with the curiosity to challenge the status quo

A strong communicator with the confidence to build relationships with people at all levels of an organisation
-
A willingness to learn and develop skills in a challenging, yet rewarding environment

A rigorous approach to research and analysis

A high degree of flexibility and adaptability to adopt to a range of projects for a variety of clients

Competent use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

£30,000 p.a. salary

Primarily home-based remote working, with face-to-face engagements with clients as required – any travel expenses covered

Skills Assessment and Final Interview – Mid-December 2023
If you’re successful at first interview, we’ll send you a skills test to prepare in advance of your final interview. This will test your ability to analyse and interpret the kind of data you might work with as a Business Analyst at Human Engine. You’ll have around a week (7 days) to work on this prior to the interview (but it shouldn’t take this long!).
