Role and Responsibilities:

Carry out a broad range of tasks on client engagement, including:


  • Research

  • Business analysis

  • Programme and project management

  • Facilitation of workshops and other stakeholder engagement sessions

  • Supporting the development of innovative change recommendations for our public sector clients

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a graduate to join our team as a Business Analyst. This is an exciting time to join a rapidly growing organisation and to expand and develop your skills in the consulting industry. 

We Expect:

  • A minimum 2:1 degree (predicted or obtained) in any subject - we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the skills required to work in public sector consulting

  • A self-starter who is capable of working individually as well as part of a team

  • A problem solver with the curiosity to challenge the status quo 

  • A strong communicator with the confidence to build relationships with people at all levels of an organisation

  • A willingness to learn and develop skills in a challenging, yet rewarding environment

  • A rigorous approach to research and analysis

  • A high degree of flexibility and adaptability to adopt to a range of projects for a variety of clients

  • Competent use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

What We Offer

  • £30,000 p.a. salary

  • 28 days annual leave

  • Primarily home-based remote working, with face-to-face engagements with clients as required – any travel expenses covered

We’ll ask you about your application responses and your interest in the role. 
A chance for you to learn more about life at Human Engine and meet some of the team. 

  • Skills Assessment and Final Interview – Mid-December 2023

If you’re successful at first interview, we’ll send you a skills test to prepare in advance of your final interview. This will test your ability to analyse and interpret the kind of data you might work with as a Business Analyst at Human Engine. You’ll have around a week (7 days) to work on this prior to the interview (but it shouldn’t take this long!).
