A problem solver, strategic thinker and PRINCE2 qualified project manager, Tom is recognised for his ability to balance attention to detail with strategic long-term planning using a logical approach in project management, business analyst and policy roles. With experience of delivering and facilitating transformation across frontline services and corporate functions, Tom led the development of Human Engine’s signature Improvement Drive methodology – an employee-led approach to delivering and sustaining change. Tom has a BA in Political Science and an MSc in Public Management from the Institute of Local Government (INLOGOV), University of Birmingham. When he’s not brushing up on the latest political news or studying for yet another qualification, Tom loves watching sport and keeping active. He enjoys running, cycling and swimming. He swims competitively and recently swam across Lake Windemere – just for fun!
